 We have a great send off party

 There has been over 3" of rain so the water is high

 There is a light mist in the air, but we are on our way down the river, we have started the journey at the most navigable northern point of the Mississippi.

 This is the third lock we have been thru, The first drop was 50' the second was 25' and the last lock by was 40' for a total of 115 feet of drop
